Baking surprises!

This is Mom's Birthday cake we made for her when she came down to visit!


This is the Bumbleberry pie I made for Chris' Thanksgiving dinner. It contains fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. It was my first pie I have ever made and it tasted great! It was a big hit at Thanksgiving with a nice scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream on top too! :) Yum.

Caramel Waffle Wafers

I found them! They were at Publix, obviously a seasonal item. However, I remember having these as a kid...Pete and Kelly brought them over to our house in Wauseon. They were delicious...they cost around 3.69 for ten of them. After work next week I might just go buy some to see if they were as good as I remember.
